There is a difference. I did read the Flixn Terms of Use and they are pretty much as open-ended and un-user friendly as the Privacy Policy is. For instance, even though the Terms of Use states that you still own your content, you forgive all rights for use, re-use, modification, etc, etc to anything you upload to Flixn (not much different from the Terms of Use on YouTube, but still something people should be aware of).
