		<description>Chris - I actually reviewed the Privacy Policy, not the Terms of Use.  There is a difference.

I did read the Flixn Terms of Use and they are pretty much as open-ended and un-user friendly as the Privacy Policy is.  For instance, even though the Terms of Use states that you still own your content, you forgive all rights for use, re-use, modification, etc, etc to anything you upload to Flixn (not much different from the Terms of Use on YouTube, but still something people should be aware of).

Anyway, just wanted to make sure you got the right info!
