Great point, Joel. It’s annoying that they’re taking a very traditional TV approach to it. They should give the users a chance to rally, and if it still doesn’t pan out, well, at least we were warned.

Yeah, I am sad about this too. I’m posting on every relevant thread on the Rev3 forums. I know I (we) can’t change anything about this, but hopefully they will realize next time they cancel something that the community is what counts, and what we think matters.

I mean, how hard would it be for Rev3 to say/ask: “Hey, we are thinking of cancelling NotMtv, cause of low downloads, How passionate are the fans, and would those who never watched it give it a chance, and then post here if we should can it or not?”

They don’t do this, which is odd, considering the whole thing was created by Kevin Rose, who lives and dies by “community driven” websites.

Yeah, my article was written based on the facts that Hahn stated in the episode which, it’s now turned out, weren’t exactly the whole story.

I’ve sinced linked to Jim Louderback’s response, and I may be writing a follow-up piece in the coming days once everything’s settled down.

Couldn’t agree more. I just don’t see how Patrick Norton and Jessica Corbin can bring the same chemistry that InDigital’s trio did. But I hope to be pleasantly surprised, and I’ll certainly be reviewing the first episode when it comes out.

Sad, sad, sad.. but I’m sure Hahn will be on to bigger and better things in no time.

And Boo to Rev3 for not working harder to accommodate Hahn. Whether they realize it or not, they lost a huge talent.

That last episode was epic; I’ll be archiving it for sure.
